Box 688, 201 West 4th Street, Pittsburg, Kansas, 66762, until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 15th, 2009, to be publicly opened and read aloud thereafter in the Commission Room. Copies of the specifications and bid forms are on file in the Office of the City Clerk. Bidders desiring specifications for use in preparing bids and bid forms may obtain them from the City Clerk's Office at no charge. Bids will not be accepted on forms other than those supplied by the City and bids received after the designated closing time will be returned unopened.
